At a certain time in everyone's life they find out that they aren't content anymore with where they are. They turn unproductive because at this point they are uninterested. It's at this time that they make up their mind on a Career Change. Most of the time it's easy to make the change but occasionally it's hard. Perhaps one has been in the job for quite some time and they no longer know how to compete in the market of today or perhaps they aren't so comfortable with testing the waters anymore.
