More Marketing Methods You May Not Have Tested

By Amparo Dillon

It's quite clear that, in almost every way possible, Amazon is just about the best company you can work with. Their affiliate program is state of the art and has so many tools and resources you won't ever be able to use them all. Amazon is also very much on the edge of the wave when it comes to marketing methods and resources. The company is truly concerned with helping people in pretty much as many ways as possible. This means that you can learn quite a bit from them as well as join a huge network of people.

If you have yet to pay much attention to mobile marketing or mobile advertising, you're missing out on something pretty major. Mobile marketing is still very young, but it is projected to only grow and really take off in the next several to five years. It will still continue to grow, and this is a great time to prepare for it and get involved. One of the things you can do right now is make your site more "mobile friendly" so that it is easily viewed on a cell phone. The site coding and formatting is totally different, and you can get an app that will make your site a mobile ready site.

If your website's pages aren't getting the job done in terms of your search marketing, you need to do something to change this immediately. Make sure that you are using the best on-page keyword phrases possible. It's also a good idea, especially if you want to do A/B Split Testing, to use closely related keyword phrase equivalent. Try to avoid gutting a page and starting it all over from scratch, but that is really up to you. You have to take every page based on the merits of that specific page and that specific content.

Another very clever approach to mobile advertising and exposure is to create mobile friendly feeder sites. These aren't scraped sites or things like that but they work on the same basic principles like the older doorway pages. These are feeder sites that work solely to get more exposure for your main money making sites. You still need to work hard on them though; you don't want people to think they are trash sites do you? Put a little bit of time into them, and remember they do not have to be huge authority sites. They're just meant to feed people through to the primary websites you run.

Try to not get turned off by all the mention about creating ebooks and that sort of thing. This is not nearly as difficult as others make it sound but if you like you can choose to outsource it. The important thing is to familiarize yourself with everything they have to offer. You can exact massive leverage from Amazon and use it to help market your web business.
