A Prelaunch Mlm Is The Greatest!

By Steven Suchar

Timing is important, or is it? Most new internet marketing corporations fail within 3 years. So, the question begs, is it worth the danger to join a new network marketing program in pre launch?

Numerous multilevel corporations begin with a pre launch phase. Why do they do it? Initially, to create a buzz and plenty of these corporations permit new distributors to join without an upfront fee. Professionals may bring their entire group along too, this is a method of grabbing free advertising, stirring up large amounts of excitement.

Truthfully, the bigger number of distributors that an mlm company has, the more sales it produces, plain and simple. As soon as their break even amount has been satisfied, then the company is in profit. So, the faster they get the product out into the market, the faster they can reach their break even point.

The fact is this, when most companies start out, it does take a couple of months to get to the break even amount and begin making cash. So enrolling people as distributors benefits the company immediately. Distributors also know that if the company achieves profits quickly, then it will not be free to join. It's wiser to get in during the pre launch stage than to get in after the grand opening.

The pre launch mlm company can keep its operating costs as low as possible, because there's no product or distribution concerned until the sales teams are set up and trained.

So much depends on the product, training and also what kind of compensation structure that is offered. Have a look at the management and ensure they have strong systems in place. Take a closer look at the product and see whether it is of superior quality and worth the money. Can it be acquired from a store? Will it be around in five years?

A seasoned expert will be well versed to judge the company on key factors in order to choose whether they will join. But, a novice to multilevel may not have enough expertise to tell if this company will work. You'll have to look to your sponsor to do that for you, so always raise questions.

If the company takes off, you can reap great rewards by being one of the first thru the door, either by already having your own group or by assembling a downline.

That's where the rubber meets the road with any network marketing business, it's unimportant when you join. As it honestly doesn't make any difference if the company is new, in pre launch or is seasoned. None of this matters. What matters is what will you do with the opportunity in front of you?

That's the bottom line. It's also crucial though, to consider if joining a pre launch mlm is worth all the risk. If you are serious about getting in and getting busy, then you have to put the odds in your favor by joining an established company with a time tested record.
